Pegasus Policies During Covid-19

Please review the below information before your arrival.
We would like to make you aware of our dining policies along with what to expect when you arrive.
We do understand that not all individuals will agree with our establishment’s requirements for dining. However, the safety and health of our diners and employees is of the utmost importance to us, so we are choosing to take to the precautions that we fell are appropriate. We closely monitor guidelines set forth by the CDC and local governments.

If you are unable or unwilling to comply with our requirements, we encourage you to order our carryout or curbside delivery.

 

Guest Policies

Arrival:

Please arrive through our main entrance to be seated or added to the waitlist.
Please allow for social distancing while you wait to be seated.

Masks:

Pursuant to Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order
2020-109, Section 1, Which states that Any person who is able to medically tolerate a face covering must wear a covering over his or her nose and mouth, such as a homemade mask, scarf, bandana, or handkerchief.
We ask that all guests wear masks to enter the restaurant, these may be removed once you begin dining. Masks must be worn as you move throughout the building, and please continue to practice social distancing.

Waitlist/Call Ahead Seating:

You may call ahead for seating at 586-773-3200. If there is a current waitlist, you will be added to that list. Guests are asked to remain outside or in cars while waiting for their table. Our staff will call to inform you when your table is available. This is to ensure that large groups do not gather and social distancing is enforced properly.

Menus:

If time permits, please review our menus online before arrival, or utilize the QR code available table-side to view the menus on your mobile device. Your servers will be able to answer any questions that may arise during your dining experience.

Staff Policies

The following procedures have been put in place for ensure our staff and patrons health and safety:
• Masks worn by all staff
• Frequent sanitization and cleaning of high-contact points, such as, door handles, host stand, bathrooms and server stations.
• Daily temperature checks with infrared thermometers conducted of staff prior to shifts and sending any staff member demonstrating a high temperature or signs of illness home
• Encouraging staff members to stay home if feeling unwell.
• Tables moved and placed further apart to accommodate social distancing.
• Signage installed to promote physical distancing .
• Reduced dining hours to ensure extra time for daily deep cleaning and sanitization.
• Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses and the health of our employees and guests.
